Every project starts with a call, not a template. That's especially useful if you're not sure yet exactly what you want. I map out what a visitor actually needs to see and do, design the whole site around that from a blank page if that's where you're starting, then build it by hand in code you own outright: no page-builder lock-in, no extra monthly software fee stacked on top of what you're already paying me. Maintenance
Sites drift: content goes stale, dependencies age, small requests pile up. I keep yours current.
Maintenance is billed monthly, not project by project, so small changes don't turn into surprise invoices. It's also required, not optional: this is custom-built code hosted on Cloudflare, not a page-builder or CMS that patches and backs itself up automatically, so someone has to keep it secure and current for as long as it's live. Hosting
One invoice, one point of contact. No separate hosting account for you to manage or forget about.
Hosting runs through my Cloudflare setup and comes bundled into every care plan, not sold as its own separate account. Because this is a custom build rather than a page-builder site, hosting isn't something you can just point elsewhere and forget about: it's part of the required care plan for as long as I'm hosting your site. Everything runs on the same modern infrastructure your site was built for: fast by default, backed up daily, and monitored around the clock.
